Blocking fee is 20,000 (none refundable but deductible on your account)

50% Downpayment a month after reservation fee. Failure to pay on the designated time of reservation will be cancelled and Blocking fee will be Forfeited

Balance should be paid 1 month before the event. Failure to pay on designated time charges may apply
